Partner Program FAQs
Commission is paid net-30 after tour completion via bank transfer or PayPal. You receive a monthly statement with all completed bookings. For preferred partners with 10+ bookings annually, we offer consolidated quarterly payments.
Once registered, you receive access to our trade portal where you can submit client inquiries directly. We respond with availability and pricing within 4 hours during business hours. You handle the client relationship; we handle everything on the ground.
All tours include a dedicated contact number for your clients. Our guides are reachable throughout the day. In the rare event of a disruption, we proactively communicate and rebook. You'll be copied on any significant updates.
Standard tours: full refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure, 50% refund 15-29 days, no refund within 14 days. Custom itineraries may have different terms depending on pre-booked elements. Commission is honored for partial cancellations.
Registered partners receive a trade toolkit including a sell sheet PDF, high-resolution image library, sample itineraries, and destination fact sheets. We can also provide co-branded materials for high-volume partners on request.
No minimum for standard 10% commission. Preferred partner status (15% commission) requires 10+ completed bookings in a 12-month period. There's no volume requirement to get started — register today and start booking immediately.
